So ask yourself what do you want to do today, and you will naturally start to take action. And for whatever reason you don't feel like taking action, then force yourself if you believe action is a must. The reason why you must force yourself is two fold. One, you truly don't want to do it despite telling yourself you do. That's ok. There could be many reasons, but likely it is because you're worried about the future. Don't be. You don't have control of what will happen and the many players, variables, and scenarios in it -- only your own conduct. And two, you only feel like doing something until you are actually doing it. As nonsensical as that sounds, here is your body's logic: since you're doing it, it must be good, therefore why not continue.
Therefore, clear your mental table of all the useless clutter. Focus on one thing: the next task at hand. It is the first task you must do today, even if you do nothing else today. I promise you that you will make progress if you do this every day. Get out of your own way and allow yourself to naturally follow all the way through.
